As “Cassia” as it is or rather quite fittingly, “Agas” is an ilokano word which means medicine. And Cassia Restaurant being Hotel Supreme’s flagship restaurant/food caterer, serving thousands at that, given their several multifunction halls including ‘Meritus, the city’s biggest one thus far, cooked and served the confirmation of its doability.
